Killbran Toy Trailers was founded in 2013 by Frances McKillion and husband Paul, and creates modern, life-like durable toys that have been remodelled on the mechanisms found in full size agricultural machinery.
Now the business, which specialises in the manufacture of lightweight steel trailers and farm implements to suit children’s pedal tractors and pedal go karts, employs two full time staff alongside owner Frances, and has developed an excellent reputation with its wholesale and retail customers.
It has expanded its range of toy farm equipment and now manufactures and sells 15 light-weight steel trailers and farm implements; it has 15 stockists right across the Island of Ireland, along with one in the Isle of Man and one in Britain, and sells online too.
The firm’s growth came after working capital finance support from responsible finance provider, Enterprise Northern Ireland.
